Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in standing behind our product. If MFDTools doesn't work for you, you have clear options. Read this policy carefully and reach out if anything is unclear.

1. Refund eligibility tiers

Within Refund Conditions
7 days from payment 100% full refund If your branded suite has NOT been generated, NOT been hosted publicly, and NOT been shared with clients. No questions asked.
8–30 days Pro-rata refund minus ₹500 setup fee If you've used the Service but want to discontinue. Refund calculated as: (Annual fee – ₹500) × (days remaining / 365). Discretion in extenuating circumstances.
31–60 days 50% partial refund For genuine dissatisfaction. We may ask for feedback to improve.
After 60 days No refund You've had enough time to evaluate. License remains active till expiry.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" — include:
    • Your firm name
    • Registered email + mobile
    • Payment date and amount
    • Reason for refund (optional but helpful for our improvement)
  2. We will respond within 3 business days with eligibility decision
  3. If approved, refund initiated within 7 working days via the same method as payment (UPI/NEFT)
  4. Bank may take additional 3–5 days to credit

You can cancel anytime — no need to give reasons:

5. Service disruption credits

If MFDTools.com is down for more than 24 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), we will offer a pro-rata credit toward your next renewal automatically. No refund request needed.

"Down" means: mfdtools.com homepage, customer suites, or portal completely inaccessible. Slowness, minor bugs, or third-party (Supabase/Vercel) issues outside our control do not qualify.

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Reply to our decision email with a written objection within 14 days
  2. We will review with senior management and respond within 7 business days
  3. If still unresolved, escalate to mediation/arbitration as per Terms Section 16
  4. Consumer Forum: District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Sirsa (Haryana)
